Retention

We retain records only as long as needed for service delivery, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Logs and user-submitted information are not retained beyond 15 days. After that period, we cannot generate historical IQ test reports.

We use practical safeguards, but no internet transmission is fully risk-free.

We use HTTPS/TLS to transmit and store information.

International Processing

Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country. We apply reasonable safeguards for cross-border processing.
